How many hours does it
take to do a clean?

This depends on the size of your home, cottage or commercial property. Contact us today for a free quote! It is best if we are able to come out and see your property and meet with you.

Do I need to provide
cleaning supplies?

No! We provide all the supplies, products and a commercial vacuum cleaner, which is hepa sealed and great for removing pet hair. If you prefer us to use your cleaning supplies then we can accommodate you.

 

Are your products non-toxic, and 
environmentally friendly? 
On what days of the week may I schedule my cleanings?

Yes! We use Shaklee products, which are safe while efficient in cleaning. For more information you can visit their website here. http://www.shaklee.ca/can/en/

 

We are open 7 days a week and can accommodate starting times and finishing times.

 

What forms of payment
do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque or e-transfers.

What if I need to cancel a cleaning visit?

We only ask that you contact us as soon as possible but at least 24 business hours prior to the cleaning visit.

Am I required to sign a contract?

You are not required to sign a contract, however if you need to do so it is Important to let us know as soon as possible. We will be happy to accommodate any arrangement, which is convenient and comfortable for you.

How do you gain access to
my home?

Some clients are at home during our visit, but for clients who cannot be at home we can prepare alternate arrangements.

Such as: hide a key, or give us the key before hand. We are also comfortable with Alarm systems and security codes.
